Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability.
  • Please contact support to confirm stock before sending the item back.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
